Tsukemen at Taishoken

Taishoken on Valencia serves thick noodles beside a concentrated dipping broth, letting each bite carry as much broth as you want.

After eating ramen in Mexico City, we went to Taishoken for tsukemen.

Tsukemen is dipping ramen. Two bowls: thick noodles in one, concentrated broth in the other. You dip the noodles, control how much flavor you want per bite.

The thick noodles held up well in the concentrated broth. That contrast is the reason to order tsukemen here.
