Spotted Squid Game
Sandbox VR's virtual reality gaming meets Netflix's Squid Game. Immersive VR experience in San Francisco.
Sandbox VR has a Squid Game experience now. I spotted the sign on Market Street.

Sandbox VR does full-body tracking VR. You wear a headset, vest, and wrist sensors. Walk around a room with other players. The Squid Game version probably has Red Light Green Light, the glass bridge, maybe the honeycomb game.
Netflix licensed it out. Makes sense—Squid Game was huge. VR arcade experiences are one way to keep that IP making money between seasons.
Location & Details
Address: 767 B Market St, San Francisco, CA 94103 (downtown, near Union Square)
How it works:
- Book online, 15-20 minute sessions
- Groups of 2-6 players
- They give you the equipment, explain controls
- Cost around $40-50 per person
I haven’t tried it yet. Could be fun if you’re into the show. VR arcades are hit or miss—depends on how well they translate the source material.
