Streets are flooding—the drains can’t keep up. Mission Street had water pooling at the intersections. People walking through ankle-deep water in some spots.

This is the wettest January in years. The reservoirs are filling up, which is good, but everything’s soaked—puddles everywhere, sidewalks slick.
