We finished the electrical rough-in and had the San Francisco building inspector sign an OK-to-close. We’ve now engaged a drywall company to finish the space.

Here’s the kitchen before the drywall arrives. What you see below is where the sink and dishwasher will go: sink drainage, hot/cold water pipes, and yellow Romex runs for countertop outlets and the dishwasher.

  2. (2 days) Fire-resistant drywall installation
  3. (2 days) Mudding and taping
  4. (2 days) Drying time for mud
  5. (2 days) Patching and sanding
