One Dead and Two Injured at a Phish Concert

One person died and two others were injured in separate falls during the Phish concert at Chase Center on October 17, 2021.

Police responded around 8:55 p.m. and found a man with injuries from a possible fall. A witness told KPIX that he had fallen into seats in Section 116 during the first set. Police said they found no evidence of foul play. Two other attendees were injured in a separate fall later that night.
